About

Improve Your Growth exists to support adults navigating the space between who they were and who they’re becoming. It’s for people who carry responsibility, expectations, and history — and who want clarity before making their next move. This work is grounded, reflective, and intentional. It’s not about quick fixes or dramatic change. It’s about understanding yourself deeply enough to move forward without losing what matters to you. The Crossroads Method™ emerged naturally from this philosophy. It’s a structured way of guiding people through transition — helping them slow down, recognize what no longer fits, release what they’ve outgrown, and commit to themselves with confidence rather than fear.

For a long time, I was moving through life doing what was expected, carrying responsibility, and trying to make the “right” choices. From the outside, it looked like progress. Internally, it felt like I was constantly holding my breath — aware that something needed to change, but afraid of what I might lose if I moved forward. It wasn’t confusion, it was fear. It was the fear of choosing a direction without knowing the outcome, losing everything I had worked so hard for and disappointing people who expected me to succeed where others hadn't. I stayed because it was familiar and over time, this cost me more than moving ever could have.

That was the beginning of my understanding of being “stuck.” I found myself caught between identities, not fully belonging anywhere, searching for approval while trying to understand who I actually was. Eventually, something shifted. I stopped trying to be accepted by every space I entered and started paying attention to what actually fit me. I let go of what I could control. I committed to myself, not perfectly but intentionally. I realized this wasn’t just my experience. It was a pattern. People weren’t lost. They were living out of alignment often for far too long. That insight became the foundation of Improve Your Growth.

Where It
All Began

If you’ve found yourself here, there’s a good chance you recognize this tension knowing something needs to change but wanting to move forward without losing everything you’ve built. If that’s where you are, you’re not late. You’re not broken. You’re at a crossroads. AND you don’t have to navigate it alone.
